Just as bids are finalized for a contested multi-million dollar sewage plant along Onondaga Creek in downtown Syracuse, New York, UP THE CREEK aims to document the stories of people living and working along the local waterway through audio recordings. This oral history will be shared through an interactive audio tour to walk along selected portions of the creek in April 2008.
